Dawn
The sky slowly brightens up from behind the heavily forested hill. Its avian inhabitants stirring, welcoming the new day with melodic tunes. As light furthers its boundaries, darkness receded and the accompanying heavenly lights that dotted the nocturnal skyscape excused themselves, dimmed and faded away all too soon.

Beaches of Penang - Tanjung Asam (June 22, 2010)
All pictures were shot with my previous camera, a Nikon D3000 with 18-55mm kit lens.

The location is about an hour's ride from my place. This place is usually deserted on weekday mornings, so I had the whole place to myself and that was utter bliss. I only came to know of this place in the mid 90's when we rented a boat for a fishing trip to Pulau Kendi.
